Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peterjacobs.com.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
  • After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.

We recommend double-checking your order details before confirming your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Pre-Orders or Backorders

If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, you may cancel at any time before the item ships. Just email us at support@peterjacobs.com with your order number.

Special or Custom Orders

Please note that special edition or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed, due to the custom nature of these products.
