Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take an additional day or two.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, we are unable to ship perfumes to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations that restrict the shipment of alcohol-based products.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Peter Jacobs is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at support@peterjacobs.com and we will do our best to assist you.
